Service Description
Our yoga classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether its your very first yoga class or you've been attending for years. Each session will work through a range of levels, so you can work with whatever feels right for you. Our yoga classes contain elements of strength, flexibility, breathwork and relaxation. Helping you to build confidence on the mat, release tension and help you to feel grounded and uplifted.

Cancellation Policy
1. One Trial Per Person Each new client is entitled to one free trial class. This helps us make space for everyone who’d like to try our sessions. 2. Booking Required All trial classes must be booked in advance through our website or directly with us. Walk-ins can’t be guaranteed a space due to limited availability. 3. Cancellations If you can no longer attend, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may mean you forfeit your free trial. 4. Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and complete any necessary forms before class begins. Late arrivals may not be able to join once the class starts for safety reasons. 5. Health & Safety Let your instructor know of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class. Participation is at your own risk, and by attending, you confirm that you’re physically able to take part. 6. Conversion to Membership or Pass After your trial, you’ll be invited to join our classes through our membership or class pass options. Your instructor will be happy to chat about what’s best for you after your session.
