Private 1:1 Wellbeing and group sessions

These sessions are ideal for children who may ben experiencing:
 

~Anxiety or overwhelm

~Low confidence

~Difficulty regulating emotions

~Challenges with focus

~Social anxiety

~Transitions (new schools, family changes )

Each session includes a tailored combination of:

  • Age-appropriate yoga & movement

  • Breathing techniques for calm

  • Guided relaxation

  • Confidence-building exercises

  • Gentle discussion and reflection

Sessions are calm, structured and child-led where appropriate.

What is the Discovery Call?

 

         A relaxed 20-minute online conversation where we can:

  • Talk through your child’s current challenges

  • Discuss what support might look like

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Ensure we are the right fit for one another

There is no obligation to book — the call simply allows us to explore whether private sessions would feel supportive for your child.
