Meet Hatti

I’m Hatti, founder of Define Wellness. With a background in dance and a love for mindful movement, I create calm, welcoming spaces where people can slow down and feel at ease in their bodies. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and centred around meeting you exactly where you are.

What is Define Wellness?

Define Wellness is a calm, thoughtfully curated space for yoga, movement, and holistic care — created to help you slow down, soften, and feel more at home in your body.

 

 

 

 

Wellbeing here is personal and unrushed. Rather than striving or fixing, you’re gently supported to listen, release tension, and build a sense of ease and balance that fits naturally into your life.

Drawing on a background in dance, yoga, and mindful movement, my approach blends fluid strength with softness — supporting progress without pressure. This is a calm, personal experience, designed to help you feel supported, capable, and truly at home in your body.
