Where it all began...

At Define Wellness, we believe wellness isn’t just about exercise — it’s about connecting with your body, mind, and breath in a way that feels authentic to you. Our classes and programs combine yoga, Pilates, and holistic movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance — both on and off the mat.

 

Founded by Hattie Radford, Define Wellness is built on the idea that wellbeing should be accessible, supportive, and empowering. Whether you’re looking for a challenging workout, gentle flow, or tools to manage stress, we create a space where you can move with confidence and care. A big inspiration for my teaching has come from growing up in a neurodiverse house hold .I've seen first hand how important it is to make spaces inclusive, supportive and adaptable. That's why I'm passionate about making wellness accessible to everyone on the spectrum, including those with different learning needs.

We understand that every body is unique. That’s why our approach is inclusive and mindful, offering modifications and guidance for all levels — including those with hypermobility, injuries, or specific wellness goals.

 

Having experienced hypermobility personally, I know how it can affect the body in ways many people don’t realise — from flexibility and joint stability to energy levels and proprioception. At Define Wellness, I aim to help students understand their bodies better, teaching them how to move safely, build strength, and explore their flexibility without risk. My goal is to empower people with knowledge about hypermobility so they can practice confidently, prevent injuries, and embrace their unique bodies.
