I'm a curious mind, and a love for all things movement, mindfulness, and magic. I’ve never really fitted into boxes — I’m a little calm, a little chaotic, and definitely a bit dyslexic so I'll keep you entertained as I try to figure out my left from right.

 

You’ll usually find me barefoot, chasing sunrises, journaling in cafés, or teaching yoga somewhere in Salisbury with a cup of tea never too far away. I’m passionate about helping people slow down and reconnect — not just to their bodies, but to who they really are underneath all the noise. I believe wellness isn’t about perfection or routines that look a certain way — it’s about learning to listen, to soften, and to move through life with more compassion for yourself. I'm here to help you find your flow.

What is Define Wellness?

 

 

Define Wellness is a space for slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering who you are beneath the stress, noise, and expectations of everyday life.

It’s about creating your own version of wellness — one that feels honest, sustainable, and uniquely you.

 

Through yoga, massage, and holistic self-care, I help people find balance not by “fixing” themselves, but by learning to listen to their bodies, release tension, and reconnect with their inner calm.

 

 

 

How Define Wellness can help you?

 

 

Whether you come to me for a yoga class, a massage, or simply a safe space to breathe, my aim is to help you:

 

  • Feel grounded, calm, and more connected to your body

  • Release stress and physical tension

  • Build strength and confidence in gentle, empowering ways

  • Learn small rituals to bring peace into your daily life

  • Provide a safe space where you can be and move as yourself

  • Build on your flexibility ​

You don't have to look or be a certain way to start with define wellness. I am trained to teach all levels and my classes will be catered to the people in the room. There is no "good" at yoga. Being flexible, strong or good at a particular asana doesn't make you good. Its about moving to your bodies rhythms and allowing your mind to slow down.

Define Wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about real life.

I’ve built this space with honesty, humour, and heart. You don’t have to know the poses, have fancy yoga clothes, or have ever done yoga before. What sets Define Wellness apart is the personal connection. Every session, every class, every treatment is guided by intuition and care. I take the time to get to know you — your energy, your story, and what your body truly needs that day.

I have also danced for 17 years, so I integrate some of my yoga practice with dance like flows and strengthening exercises. Dance has so many amazing benefits to the body, but as well as improving co ordination it also helps to prevent illnesses such as dementia in later life. You don't have to be a dancer or have any rhythm to music at all, just moving to the natural rhythm of your body and let me help you find your flow.
