Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

The Refund and Cancellation Policy outlined below applies to all classes, programmes, memberships, workshops, events, and services provided by Define Wellness. By making a purchase or booking any service, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.

 

Define Wellness reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published online and will take effect immediately for future bookings.

 

While Define Wellness aims to act fairly and reasonably in all refund requests, nothing in this policy obligates Define Wellness to offer refunds outside the terms stated below. Decisions made in relation to refunds, credits, or transfers are final.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

Refund Policy - the basics

     Single Class Bookings

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the class start time may be transferred to another date, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

     Class Passes / Block Bookings

 

 

  • Class passes are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the booking.

  • Expiry dates are clearly stated at purchase and cannot be extended, except where a class is cancelled by Define Wellness.

 

      Memberships / Monthly Subscriptions

 

 

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a payment period has begun.

  • Members may cancel future payments by providing 14 days’ notice in writing.

  • Missed classes or late cancellations are non-refundable.

 

       Workshops, Courses or Events

 

 

  • Cancellations 14+ days before the event: eligible for credit transfer to another workshop or class.

  • Cancellations made under 14 days: non-refundable, unless the space can be filled from a waiting list.

  • If Define Wellness cancels the event, a full refund or credit will be offered.

      Injury, Illness or Emergency

 

 

  • If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, or emergency, Define Wellness may offer a class transfer or credit at our discretion.

  • Medical documentation may be requested.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed.

 

      Classes Cancelled by Define Wellness

  • If a class is cancelled by Define Wellness due to instructor illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
    - a replacement class
    - a credit

  • -or a full refund for that session

  • Define Wellness is not responsible for any related costs (e.g., travel, childcare, accommodation).

 

     Digital Products / Online Courses (if applicable)

 

 

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

 

      Statutory Rights

       This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.

Late Arrival

 

Please arrive on time. For your safety, late arrivals may not be able to join the class and will be treated as a missed session.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

 

For any refund or transfer enquiries, please email:

  • The class/event

  • Date of booking

  • The reason for your request

 

 

We aim to reply within 10 working days.
